Can my Dell laptop play Spore?

Here is my system details:

It can play The Sims 2 (with all exp packs. ) and the spore creature creator perfectly well...

I think your computer might be just a little short of what is needed to run Spore perfectly, but that doesn't mean it won't run it at all.  

Here are the specifications for SPORE:

PC SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Laptop versions of these chipsets may work, but may run comparatively slowly. Standalone cards that are installed in vanilla PCI slots (not PCIe or PCIx or AGP), such as some GeForce FX variants, will perform poorly. just try it, i tried on 3 different puters and I can get it to work on any of them, worst thing is I bought the game.
