Can my LG Voyager be replaced?

I got my LG Voyager in April off of eBay. Since I didn't get it from the Verizon store, I couldn't get insurance. Today at school someone kicked my backpack and now my Voyager's external touch screen in cracked on the inside. The touch sensors still work but I can barely see the screen. What do I tell Verizon so they will replace it?

they can't ur going to have 2 buy a new 1 u dont have insurance so they can't help u by replacing it

Well i had a similar case, i had accidentally cracked my screen. I had no insurance because it was my friends and she didn't want it anymore so she gave it to me, but all i had to do was pay 50dollar to get a replacement. Its called a in store claim. If the battery still okay then you should be good. Also take the battery out and you will see a small circle sticker in the back of the battery with red lines running threw it if it is completely red or 50% red. Then you can't get the 50dollar in store claim because that would suggest water damage. My sister also threw her phone (Lg Chocolate) and went to go get a in store claim because the phone was giving to her by a co-worker I had the new Lg envy at the time. =] So no worries!
