Can my Mom walk me down the isle?

Question

My dad passed when I was 13, and there isn't anyone else that can give me away. I thought it would be special if my Mom walked me down the isle. What do you think? Thanks.

  There is nothing wrong with doing that. There is no rule that says a man has to walk you down the aisle.  So I don't see why not. It sounds special so just go for it and hey you know what it's your wedding. Your suppose to do what you want not what others think you should be doing.

i think your mum would be extremely touched to walk her pride and joy down the aisle on your wedding day. Your mum has helped raise you into the women you are today and has done the job of both parents, so i think it would be an honer for her. Im sure your dad will be with you both on your special day with a huge smile on his face. congrats and goodluck

Of course you can i think it a great idea I'm sure she will be so touched by the thought. I have heard of it especially  in situation likes yours and if i ever get married i might  ask my Mum too as my dad has passed too (although i have too brothers but have always considered my mum) . Do what ever you feel is right its your day. Have a beautiful wedding.

Pick whoever makes your life that much better and looks after you, pretty much your guardian angel. I am sure they would feel so good that you mean that much to them.

There Are No Rules When It Comes To Weddings. You Can Do Whatever You Wish. My Fiance & I Actually Want To Show Up Together To Our Wedding & Walk Down The Aisle Together.

Absolutely your mom can walk you down the aisle!  There's no rule that says it has to be your dad or a male.  Since she raised you as a single mom, which is very very hard, it would be a huge honor for you to ask her.

Yes, you can have whoever you want walk you down the aisle. I've been to a couple of weddings where the mother has walked the bride down the aisle.

I think it will be special - both for you and your mom.
