Me and this girl "dated" a few times and her parents never really liked me because they think im controlling and manipulating, all this bull ****. Her parents don't let us hang out or even talk to eachother. It never really stopped us though, she still snuck over on a regular basis and we texted/talked all the time. The other day she confessed to them that she was talking to me all along and sneaking over so they get pissed and say if you talk to him again were going to get a restraining order. Is it even possible fdoesn'tm to get one against me even if she doesnt want it? I am 17 and she is 16 in case its needed due to underage purposes.

  1. They can if you are in any way contributing to her delinquency

    i.e.

she goes to your house and you supply her with alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, s*x if underage in your state, any other thing which is against the law that your presence gives her access to.  Any of this would be grounds for them to get a restraining order against you

  2. She's 16, you bet they can.  You start violating a restraining order and you'll find out the true meaning of the word "trouble."

  3. You bet they can, she is a minor.

At 17 you can be treated like an adult.

Better stay away no matter how sweet and dumb she is.

There will be more box lunches in your life.

  4. yes because she is underage so her parents have more say than her. the best thing to do is to avoid her for the time being and when things die down u can probably become frens agen.
