  1. Contact the headquarters for Pizza Hut and report what is happening.

Contact Dept of Labor.  Start looking for a new job that pays better

  2. Taklk to your CPA  very quickly.  Don't run into trouble with the IRS.

  3. NO, it is not legal at all.  Talk to your boss and tell her of the error.  Go through all of your paperwork and see what you can piece together and find out what wasn't accurate.  Have this ready when you approach her.  Go online and find out what agencies are in your area that protect employees from this kind of thing.  If your boss refuses to fix this problem, report it.

  4. I would call a lawyer a.s.a.p. it sounds like your boss is trying a less noticed form of ID-FRAUD! Were I in your position I would

#1 Call A Lawyer who specializes in employment law.

#2 Call and report this to the police and the IRS.

#3 Call and place a fraud alert on yourself with the credit agencies because an employer doing this may also be doing other ********* to your credit as well.

#4 File a complaint with the BBB

#5 Start job hunting on Monday morning for a new job do not work for that scum bag any longer than you absolutely have no choice to.

  5. Something makes no sense here.  There is no reason for your boss to over-report your tips because he will have to pay the employer's portion of social security and medicare taxes on it.

  6. NO! Tell your district manager or whoever her manager is and write a letter to the corporate office! This is big time illegal and needs to stop immediately!

  7. Call a lawyer, IRS, police, anyone to help you out with this.  There is some type of fraud going on.
