Can my brother come to usa for a 6 month visit?

My brother has a iraqi passport can he come to usa for a 6 month visit is it legal?

if he is granted a tourist visa and given 6months to stay by immigration at his port of entry in the US. work? no. illegally, yes. but once he's caught, goodbye to him.

Don't think so i am British and can only visit for three months at a time so i don't think you brother will be aloud for six months.
