  1. Yes because you live in the same house hold because you two are siblings

  2. My advice, get an adult to accompany him too! He should know the rules...

  3. depends what state you live in :\ but you can get a special permit which allows him to drive you and other siblings

  4. Call your local County Court Clerk! That Should be the source you need!

  5. Maybe.........you need to call your local department of motor vehicles because it will differ from state to state and some states do not allow a note....

  6. He is not allowed to drive with anyone under the age 18 in his car. Unless he's accompanied by someone 25 or older.

  7. the rule is if u just got ur license, you can drive infinite family members, but only one friend. some states allow you to have infinite family members AND one friend, but some states allow infinite family OR one friend. ne way, he can drive u for sure, but if he has another friend in the car, it would depend on ur state laws. after 6 months its anytime, anywhere, with anyone (as much as the car can hold)

  8. You will need to get your brother to check your state's driver handbook for this.   The laws vary by location and age.   Many states do not allow teens to ferry passengers or limit the numbers,  but  it is not known if you being a sibling has any merit.
