Can my brother fit a parrot cichlid in a 20-25 gallon tank?

i would say,NO.Only if they are baby's.But if it is fully grown or medium sized i would get maybe a 55 gal tank.If you get a baby that will fit pretty good.(But not for long).

It will be fine to fit a parrot cichlid in a tank that sized but only untill it is about 4.5 inches. As they get older they will need a tank of 50 gallons or larger. Also, they do better in groups than alone.
