Can my brother teach me as a parent for parent taught course?

Im 16, and i am trying to get a class m(motorcycle) permit in Texas. None of my parents have a class m license but my brother does. So is there a way my brother can teach me for my parent taught course to get my class m permit.?

it depends on the particular laws of your state, but in general, as long as the card carrier is over 21, it shouldn't be a problem. you should call your state's motor vehicle or look it up on their website so you know for sure.
