A cat cold is know as an Upper Respiratory Infection (URI). Symptoms are very similar to humans:-

Watery eyes

Sneezing

Runny nose

Coughing

Chest Congestion

A normal URI will run its course in about a week. If your cat's infection lasts more than that, please consult the vet. The cat might need to be placed on a course of antibiotic.
