  1. Yes, she can get worms. Get her to the doctor.

  2. The kind of worms that cats have are usually nonsymptomatic (in other words, they would not make her feel bad). But, yes, it is possible to get worms from a cat. It's especially common in children since they are not the best with hygiene. But, even the best of us can get worms (I work with animals, and I've had them before). It's mostly a "gross" issue more than a health issue. That's not to say it should go untreated (worms will absorb many of the vitamins in her body that she will need as a growing child), but it's not life or death.

What you need to do for her is collect a stool sample and bring it to her doctor. Many worms are microscopic, so they will look at the sample under a microscope. As for the kittens, they need to see a vet and continue their de-worming treatment. Worms are easy to get rid of in humans, just a couple of pills. There is no need to panic, but it should be looked into. Good luck!

  3. Yes, your child (and anyone) can get worms from your kitties if they have worms too.

    Dolyn said it perfectly.

  4. Yup
