intend to pursue a masters programme in Australia but lack adequate finances as specified by the visa conditions. A close family friend has offered to assist me. Will I be granted a visa based on his committment(which will be backed by neccessary documentation). The immigration website has no such info.

  1. they sure can! Just make sure you have a lawyer write up the documents that show they promise to pay. You could also work out a similar arrangement with a bank where you would receive the loan and your sponsor would promise to pay it back. The bank could then give the correct documents needed for your visa. Good luck!

  2. Yes, but you have to becarefull with your visa. For visa you need to show that you are not a potential immigrant
