Can my college use its own standard to determine I don't need a PELL, even if I am qualified by my FAFSA EFC.

  1. Your college has the right to correct your FAFSA and gather more information to verify what you entered.  You didn't say what your EFC was, but probaby the most common reason people with very low efc's don't get pell is because they have a bachelors degree already or are defaulted student loan.  Perhaps if I had more info I could figure out what you did wrong.
