Can my conceal weapon permit from PA be transferred to Columbus GA and Alabama. If so how and where do I go ?

you should contact the state agency that issued your permit.  DO NOT rely on the answers on here. Doesnt that make sense?

Concealed weapons permits are not valid from state to state. On top of that, every state has its own requirements.

In FL, all one has to do is to attend a 4-hour class, even at a gun show, to get a concealed permit. In CA, one must convince the local policing agency that there is a need for one (like being  a single woman when having a real threat in the neighborhood, such as a gang).
