Question:

Can my contacts dissolve?

About two months ago I opened up a new set of contacts (btw I use accue view advanced) and about a week later I lost them. I had a soccer game that day so I couldn't wear my glasses (I play high school soccer and I would hurt myself really bad if I wore my glasses). I open up another set and I use them for about a week and then I found my first pair. So I put the second pair in an extra contact case I have. Two months have passed (I wear my contacts longer then I'm supposed to but nothing has ever happened) and I decide its time to change my contacts and I go to the second pair I had in the case but when I look in the case there is only a little contact solution and no contacts. Did my contacts dissolve?

  1. I ve worn contacts for 22 years & i ve never had that before they just normally dry out & become hard, although if you wet them again they go soft again & you can still use them .

A piece of advice though i wear my lenses for to long every day & they kill the nerve endings in your eyes over a prolonged time now i need eye surgery, so please follow the instructions if not it will catch up with you in the end

  2. looks to me like they were stolen.. by a stalker -he must be wearing them right now.. and he's coming after you.. run girl!
