Can my credit score really be 0

Question

the last i check my credit score it was about 625 less than a year ago. tried applying for some credit and the bank said couldn't help me at this time. know i was trying to buy a car and the dealership said that experian was reporting my credit score as 0 (zero) is this at all possible.

The creditr score can not be zero.  The minimum is 300.  But, it is possible not to have a credit score.
