Can my daughter get first passport cos her mum refuses to send own birth certificate? daughter is 16.?

  1. For a birth registered in England and Wales, you can order a duplicate birth certificate online from the General Register Office - http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certif... or you can go to the registry office the birth was originally registered at and get one in person.
