  1. when i first got contacts, my vision really wasnt that bad. but i mostly got them cuz i couldnt wear my glasses at swimmingm diving and gymnastics. and i never wore my glasses either. so if u think she does, then she should.

  2. Her vision isn't really that bad. She shouldn't really need glasses at all.

But if the doctor says she should, contacts would probably be okay.

  3. She should be able to get contacts and they probably would help her.  I suggest only correcting the vision in her right eye because her left eye is really close to normal vision and would not be worth correcting.  If she is active in sports, contacts would be the safer choice.  It may also improve her performance in sports as well.  Her vision is uneven and there is a strong possibility that she only uses her left eye for distance.  If her right eye is corrected it would likely improve her depth perception because she should be able to use both eyes.  I can speak from personal experience on that one her vision is close to mine, but in my case my left eye is the weaker eye.

My vision is 20/20 in my right eye and 20/50 in my left eye and I have strabismus.  I wear a contact lens in my left eye most of the time and glasses at home when needed.

    Good Luck!

  4. I would talk to your doctor about it.  The do have low prescription lenses.
