Can my dog get pregnant if.......?

my dogs have been having s*x all day off and on, I have a male and a female she is in heat, but they say they tye (get stuck) when the mating is done, but that hasn't happened yet and I was wondering can she still get pregnant? please help and any information can be helpful thanks

Seperate them--NOW. Make the appointment for him--NOW. When she comes out of heat, make the appointment for her, ASAP.

Yes its possible and you need to go and get her fixed as soon as she is out of heat and your male as well.

ADD: since she's been mated call and move her spay appointment up. The sooner the better. Fine you may not be a BYB but are sure as S***e irresponsible.

The answer is yes.  And while you were sitting there wondering all day while your dogs were mating, did it not occur to you to keep them separate, knowing she was in heat, in case the answer was yes?

Call the vet on Tuesday, and have the spay appointment moved up ASAP, and schedule a neuter while you're there also.

I'm not judging you at all...  Yes she can get pregnant.  If you do get her spayed next month, and if she is pregnant now, the spay will terminate the pregnancy.  Please do not let this be a reason to hold off on the spay until the pups are born.  Go ahead with the surgery, you will be better off financially, and mentally, with out a litter of puppies!  (that was a joke, but they are a ton of work)  :)

Yes,the dog will get pregnant! If they haven't tied yet,then separate them and keep them separate! And make the spay ( NOT spray) appointment for just after she goes out of heat.Get the male neutered,too.Oh,and you are NOT an animal lover or you would have known to have the dog spayed before and at least to keep the dogs apart while she is in heat!!

Have you no compassion for your poor dog?! Why would you let them have "s*x all day off and on" good lord talk about animal hater. You deserve to have your animals taken away and given to someone who will love them and take care of them not a BYB who dose not care about the health of her dogs. And to answer your question I hope not but probably.

ETA If you were planning on getting her fixed you should have kept them apart as any responsible owner would or have made the appointment before she went into heat. Still say BYB.

They don't need to tie for the mating to be successful.

They only tie when the b*tches vaginal muscles tighten on the p***s to ensure that none of the sperm carrying fluid can escape.

One question for you, why did you let them have s*x all day when you know she's in heat.
