Can my employer force me to pay his insurance deductible?

I had a medical problem while driving a company vehicle that resulted in an accident. I was not ticketed for the accident. My employer is giving me an ultimatum of paying the deductible or losing my job. Do I have any legal rights?

Depends on the state where you live.  Most states' laws give no protection for wrongful termination.  Unless the reason for termination is one protected by the federal government, an employment contract or a union, any employee can be fired at any time for any reason.   Pay the money or find a new job.
