I've been jogging for years so i should know the answer to this but I don't. My friend who is a very good distance runner,but hasn't ran in a year says he could beat me in a race to see who could complete 18 laps around the track if i gave him only 2 weeks to train. I've been running a year straight though. So do you think it's possible for him to get in proper condition in 2 weeks? Im saying and hoping no.
