  1. even if he / she does.......there is no use!!

It's better you get your address certified on your office letter head by a competent authority in yourt office (stating that you have been employed with them, for more than a year and residing at the address as per their records) or if you are a student then get a letter from any class-I gazetted officer to certify that for you.

  2. Certainly.  If you are paying the rent you should have receipts or a copy of the lease to prove you are living at that residence.  However a landlord can't certify you are living at that residence if you are not the renter.

  3. if u are staying under leave and license the lease agreement will be the ideal proof. a xerox w ill do. ration card, electricity bill, phone bill also helps for some purposes.

  4. she cannot actually say that you are in the property as a renter, but that you have rented the place.

now you may want to get :perhaps phone bills (home phone)

electricity bills ?, gas bills ? that will show your presence in that address ? i think that would help ......

  5. no ,u can go to the rationing office and get letter from them.

  6. Yes but only if you're not in a sexual relationship with him.

  7. your land lord cannot certify that you are staying in this address but i think your rent or lease agreement on a bond paper will do, other options are bank passbook,if you have an account in nationalised bank, telephone bill(landline).
