she said she would have my kids taken away cause i won't leave my husband. can she do that

she can call cps and lie.they will investigate it. if there is no abuse or neglect, or drugs anything like that they can't take your kids from you. you dont even have to let cps in your house unless they have a warrant and probable cause.
