  1. Yes, she can kick you out.  It isn't morally correct but yeah.  But if you do anything wrong, she is still legally responsible for you, since you are a minor. As for getting pregnant, if you are using your birth control correctly and you use a condom then you should be fine.

    Hope I helped ^^

  2. now. she's your legal gaurdian and that means that she has to provide clothing, shelter, food, ect, until you turn legal age. if you do get pregnant before you turn legal age, she has to provide for you and your child. in short, no, she can't kick you out.

  3. Actually, no she can not.  She is your parent and is legally responsible for you and your welfare until you turn 18.  To kick you out of the house could lead to her being charged with child abuse/neglect/abandonment.

I often wonder why parents say this to their children.  Not only is it a lie, and a form of emotional abuse, but do you really want to teach your children that if they make mistakes, you will not be there to help them through it?

I hope and pray that my children do not become teen parents, and I educate them (though they are not teens yet) about the importance of waiting until you can care for a child, etc. etc. (unfortunately we have had several instances where discussing this became necessary after other young family members became pregnant)...If they do, however, I fully intend to support them.  If I did not, what would be the outcome for my child and grandchild?

As a parent, I would be partially responsible for the situation anyway-whether the parnents of pregnant teenagers want to accept that or not, it is true.

  4. Ok everyone's talking legal issues like it matters. No LEGALLY you can't kick a minor out. But that's not going to stop her from doing it! How many HOMELESS pregnant teens are there??!! No you're mom shouldn't kick you out, and yes legally she is obligated to take care of you until you're eighteen. But that's not what stopping her from doing. It's not the LAW that's stopping her. What's stopping her is that you're her kid, and she very well  might think that kicking you out would be best for you. Can you legally speed, rob a bank, or do heroine? No...but those things happen every day. Sounds like don't get pregnant, and be nicer to your Mom.

  5. She can't kick you out if you're under 18.

Even though there are homeless pregnant teens, it's still illegal. Those teens probably never called the police or CPS. If they did their parents would probably get in trouble for child neglect. I also think it's absolutely disgusting for someone to leave their kid who has a baby homeless. I mean who would do that to their own grandchild? It's not the baby's fault it came from a teen mom.

  6. no she cant she is your legal graudian and is respnsible for you untill you are 18 she cant do that

  7. The only way she could legally kick you out is if the state stepped in and put you in forster care.  You are a minor and she is your guardian.  But you'd be surprised what would happen in real life if your relationship with your mom was put to the test.

  8. No not at all. She cannot legally kick you out of your home untill you are eighteen-years-old.

  9. she can't do that till your 18

  10. I think she can, but if you are on the pill and you use a condom you will be fine.

  11. She is still legally responsible for you so if she does kick you out you have a right to get the authorities involved.

  12. Sadley thats completely leggal
