Can my mother cash my check that was issued to me from a job?

im 17 and i owe my mom money so i will let her do it but what do i do?

Not unless you are a minor or under her guardianship. The only other way is if you have given her power of atty. If none of these apply . She is fraudulently cashing your check!

She can only do so with your permission; meaning you signed it over to her.  It is called a third party check.  Some banks don't do this anymore but there may be a few that still do.
