Can my mother use her special needs trust to pay for my debt and wedding?

My mother wants to, and there is more than enough for everything.

  1. Why aren't you paying for your own debt and wedding?  If your mother difficult care situations and someone who cares for her set up that  money to take care of her.  It isn't intended to pay for a party for you.  How would you feel if your party emptied her trust and she needed that money instead?

Is it a special needs trust that her parents set up for her?  She cannot use her special needs trust to pay for things for anyone else.  The purpose of a special needs trust is to cover "extras" for people who are handicapped.  It is set up especially so their income from welfare or SS continues to cover their basic needs like housing and medical care, and the trust takes care of stuff like taking a trip, buying new clothes, etc.
