I doubt they can get smaller; how could they?  I also am well endowed in that department.  I think it comes from breastfeeding my 2 daughters, back in the 70s for a total of 18 months.  It doesn't bother me in the least.

for a start if you are a woman then there is nothing wrong with that. But if you really dislike them or you are a man just talk to your doctor or e-mail embarassing illnesses. I'm sure there is something that can be done about it.
