  1. 3 parts to consider 1: the tip, this is only the leather part on top...replaceable 3-$40 depending on tip

2: the ferrule, this is the white part itself...replaceable on lower end cues you can get these yourself at any pool store for cheap, of course on high end cues these need a pro... $5 cheap-$100 high end

3: the tennon, this is the narrow wooden part that fits inside the ferrule...replaceable but only by a cue maker or skilled lathe operator ( I would only consider this on better cues)

It may be best to simply purchase another shaft for your exsisting cue butt.

    Luck

  2. yes it can i think or you can buy a new one for at least $30.00  at walmart

  3. As long as the wood is not cracked it can be replaced

  4. The technical term may be "cue," but differentiating between "stick" and "cue" is like arguing about the difference between "soda" and "pop".  Give it a break.

  5. LOL

OK first of all, it's called a "cue"... oh thats funny... a stick.

i really don't know but i found that funny.

Edit: ok sorry but i just cracked up and couldn't help myself.

Your best bet would be to take it to a specialty store that sells pool tables and "sticks".

  6. Don't be sorry about calling your cue a "pool stick" which is the generic term in the United States. There are many quotes using the term stick. "He shoots a good stick" would sound "funny" if said, "He shoots a good cue"
