  1. Yes she can..Its proberly a condition of your probation. Most states have this.

  2. Because that will allow you to quit school and not finish...  The probation officer wants you to get your diploma, so that you will have a better future and won't be a pain in her *** for the rest of her career.....  Make sense?

And to Yauchi whatever...  YES THEY CAN AND THEY WILL!  You liberals want them out of jail, then they gotta follow rules that normal citizens don't have to follow....  So, quit acting like you know something!

  3. No you r PO. is full of it .If your papers state that a GED is okay then your PO can not make you go to school until you graduate. The courts gave you a choice.

  4. He/she can't do that to you. But i'd advice listening to him/her anyway because in the long run it'll be good for you.

  5. Yes, your PO can make you do this....

There is a "Condition of Probation" (The thing you signed) that states you agree to "Follow the Advice and Instrucions" or word to that effect, that all state use... Falure to abide your conditions can result in revocation.

  6. Get the problem with credits fixed, and/or go to Summer school and graduate.
