Can my sister and I have 2 phones on one plan without getting a FamilyShare plan?

My sister and I are gonna get a plan together with Verizon. I'm gonna buy the Glyde and she's buying the Alias. We want to get a plan together, but we don't want a FamilyShare plan. We want to get the Nationwide Basic: http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/store/controller?item=planFirst&action=viewPlanList&sortOption=priceSort&typeId=1&subTypeId==19&catId=323 for one phone, then add a line for the other. Is that possible? Thanks!

if you want to do the add a line for 9.99 you have to be on a family share....you can have 2 phones on one bill but then they will have to be on their own plan ie. 39.99 per phone, you cant add a line for 9.99 without at least the other phone being on at least a $60 family share primary line
