  1. You are starving yourself and your body is trying to hang on to every possible calorie it can.  It has gone into starvation mode and is conserving.  You are not eating enough, which is a big part of your problem.  You are hurting yourself.

Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.  You need to eat at least 1500 calories a day, and maybe even more with the amount of exercise you are doing.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall, and you will need to eat more but will actually look better and most likely smaller as well.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water.

Check out websites about nutrition, healthy weight loss and life style, exercise, weight training, etc.
