  1. Hello Gurpartap Singh, the best and proper way is to first approach the institute in which you want to study, get admission there after completing all formalities including fee.

When you get admission there, you will get sponsorship letter from the institute. Take you passport and sponsorship letter along with visa application to the embassy and apply for visa.

You will get visa within two three months after embassy verified your papers and found these correct.

Other way is to ask your uncle to get your admission in Canada and then the same procedure follows.

You can get admission easily in Seneca College in Totonto and the fee is also very low then others. Visit there web site for information and on line admission.

Hope it will be of help to you.

  2. The way to get a student visa is to apply and be accepted at a school, a relative can not sponsor you. The school will send you the paperwork for the visa once accepted. This will allow you to study there, notto stay after studying. Talk to family if that's what you want.

  3. Sure
