  1. Nope. Doesn't work that way.

    In the new GI Bill, which is to take effect next year, there's the possibility of transferring benefits to spouses, maybe even to children, but even that isn't definite. There's certainly no provision to transfer the benefits to any other family members.


  2. There is now some things pending to allow children or wives to recieve some sort of benefit. That is still an iffy thing.

    An uncle? It just simply won't happen.
