I have one tooth that is weak cuz im always messing with it. lol.

A long time ago I got hit by a soccer ball and it made my front tooth kinda weak. and that gives me the urge of messing with it, and so I think i made it even weaker all that time. It doesnt move a whole lot. you can barely see it move, but i can feel its weak. Its been like that ever since. And its already been like 4 years. messing with that one tooth is like someone's habit of biting their nails. But i was just wondering. It I dont touch it for a while, will my tooth get back tight again? i was just wondering cuz I have a friend that got hit by a softball on her front tooth, and it was VERY wiggly. And her dentist told her not to mess with it for a whole year and that it would restrengthen itself. And it actually did work cuz she still has it! Any feedback on this?

  1. Well, if it worked for your friend, it very well may work for you. It's tough to stop a habit like that--I've been biting my nails since the sixth grade, and have tried to stop--but if you care enough about your teeth, I'm sure it will be easier.

In the meantime, make sure you take good care of the rest of your teeth--brushing and flossing daily is never a bad idea. :)
