  1. WHY ARE YOU PUNISHING YOUR CHILD BECAUSE YOU IMMATURELY HATE THE MOM?

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO LIVE BY THE LAW MADE BY MAN FOREVER WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CHILD?COMPROMISE HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART. WORK WITH HER SO THAT YOU TOO CAN GET FAVOR.

  2. Well, does it affect your parenting time? Did she leave without you knowing and you went to pick up the child and they were nowhere to be found? Or did she leave for a vacation on HER parenting time?

Did she leave the country, or stay inside the country? Do you have joint legal, or does she have sole legal?

If she left for a vacation inside the country, during only HER parenting time, she doesn't have to let you know.

If she has legal custody and leaves the country and returns before you are scheduled to see the child, she doesn't have to let you know

If her vacation affected your parenting time, she was supposed to let you know. If you have joint legal, she cannot leave the country with the child without your approval.

  3. Sure.  Why not.

As long as she isn't infringing upon your time with the child, then she can do and go anywhere she wants while she has them. What happens at her house is of no concern to you, just like what happens at your house is of no concern to her.  The only exception to that rule is abuse.

And, don't ask the kids for information about what is going on at mommy's house.  I dealt with that and can tell you... I hate my mom and dad for doing that.  Nothing will hurt a child more emotionally than having to deal with parent asking about what is going on at the other parent's house.  Just don't do it... period.

  4. unless theres an order saying otherwise.

  5. Umm.... it's her child too. How is your "wife" the "custodial parent"? Are you divorced (making her your EX-wife) or separated or something? If so, she's not obligated to plan her life around yours or tell you when she's going on vacation. She's not harming your child in any way or trying to run away with him to some foreign country.... Not stealing him from you. Why is this so important to you?

  6. that's called parenting

    not kidnapping

  7. Yes. Why couldn't she, especially if she is the custodial parent? It would be respectful if she did tell you. If you are concerned with her not coming back or something, then I would let the courts deal with it.

  8. Are yall still married? If not, then she can. If she has full custody

  9. Yes but it would be nice if she let you know.
