  1. I have 2 cars that run on natural gas (methane) and don't use a drop of oil ever. The technology has existed for years and the carmakers already know how to make them (Ford especially). Nat. gas is much cheaper and cleaner than gasoline, and America has lots of it. It can be found with oil in the ground or on its own. It is in dumps and in sewage. Might as well use it!


  2. Yes, why not. Natural gas is a lot cleaner than refular gasoline. natural gas is about 99% cleaner than gasoline when it burns. I believe there are more natural gas in the world than oil.
