Can new security check for Spain be cleared for bmibaby in advance?

Bmibabies website says they are collecting it at the airport

The Spanish government has announced that APIS data (advanced passport information service) is required to be received by the airport authorities for all flights/passengers arriving into a Spanish airport including infants. bmibaby is required to collect and submit this information in order to combat serious crime, acts of terrorism and to facilitate your safety and security. Any passport information that you provide to us is retained solely for this purpose. This information will be collected at the departure airport. If you refuse permission for bmibaby to collect this information we will be unable to carry you to any Spanish destination.

However most other companies you can enter all the details before hand on their website so I am presuming that Bmibaby will follow suit shortly!
