um no. i have inverted (one more then the other) nipples and i had them pierced for about six years. the only thing that brought them out was breast feeding, but even that doesn't work for everyone, it depends on how severe the invert is. if you are thinking of piercing your nipples you need to know that they will not pierce a severely inverted nipple, the needle will either go through the base of the nipple or the nipple itself, this will be where the jewelery goes. if your nipples are truly inverted, then you may not have enough to pierce, and they won't pierce the areola.

Some inverted nipples can be pierced, but it really depends on the nipples themselves. The piercing won't 'cure' them, but it helps to prop the nipple up and make it appear normal.
