Can not contact Yahoo Jukebox tech support?

Question

Trying to get help on a problem I am having after migrating from musicmatch to yahoo, and the tech support email gets an error message "Internet explorer encountered a problem gathering system info". So I can't even ask the question I need to! What kind of c**p is this?

I tried myself on 2 different computers using explorer, firefox, and opera.  I couldn't get anywhere either... same messages.  I'm starting to not like this "upgrade" (ha!) too much.

The technical support form uses ActiveX to pull diagnostic information from your computer.
