Can not download map data for fatal application...

Question

I was able to download the instructions and data for the firmware update but the map data is not available,message from flyupload is "The file you requested has expired".Is there another site with this file or can it be downloaded again to flyupload site?Also can this be downloaded to a new sd card instead of reformatting the old one?
