Can not eating before bed limit strength and muscle gains?

like does it make a large difference? because i dont seem to be getting much stronger i usually have nothing before bed

  1. if you mean within the hour or 2 before youf all asleep, then definitely not.  Actually you need rest for your muscles to heal and strengthen and eating too close to your usual sleep time might cause you to fall asleep later, unless of course you some how manage to stuff urself till your full andyou fall asleep on a full stomach.

    For gaining strength you just need to make sure you drink water and eat protein dense food.  Also if you are 130lbs- it would probably make it quite difficult to gain strength because of the lack of body mass.  Also if you aren't constantly maxing out, your gains will be much less,b ut will be more stable, as in you build memory into your musles rather than tearing them like mad and then healing them and bulking up fast.
