  1. Yeah like she said if you dont eat enough you will get cranky and sometimes even depressed. Its not good for your body at all not to eat! If you have no energy you get really super tired and cranky and depressed. If you dont eat enough you will lose all of your energy and maybe even get really sick.

  2. Yes, it is very common not to eat healthy when occasions like these happens but you have to make an effort in staying healthy, take multivitamins and DO NOT exercise while not feeling 100 % better.  Instead seek for supportive friends and family that can give that bust (or energy) that you need.  Our minds create too much of emotional ups and downs and we have to be wise enough to block it and become strong again.  Still it is only human to go through things like things.  Do a little pray - you will feel very good soon spiritually.  Good luck, honey.

  3. You bet it does!  Too much caffeine or sugar makes anxiety worse, especially if it interferes with sleep.

Also, when your body is not nourished, brain function decreases and any chemical imbalances that are already there will become more noticeable. Plus, not eating properly can lead to feelings of fatigue or irritability and intensify any feelings of depression.

  4. VERY much so. What you eat is very important in relation to your mental and emotional health.

  5. All I know is that when I get really hungry, I get really cranky!
