Can not get cashout on one computer

Question

Hello - using 11.5. When server punches out to get cashout, it hangs and freezes and the entire computer has to be restarted. They used to be able to punch out on another computer, but that one now completely shuts down (the entire computer zaps out) anytime anyone tries to enter a cc tip or punchout. Any help? Thanks
