Can not havent enough sleep or having too much sleep cause acne?

is that true? if you sleep too m,uch or sleep not as much, does that cause acne?

  1. Don't know but check this

    1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

    2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

    3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

  3. Not the amount of sleep is the cause of acne, but the time of sleep. If you sleep at day and work at night, you're almost bound to have acne. Also, when you're sleepy but aren't sleeping by forcibly thinking something (almost always) related to s*x, etc, then your face starts to secrete more oil and you get acne. Try to maintain the original biological cycle of work and rest and s*x as our forefathers were long used to do, and you should be fine.

    Food affects this a little... you can try avoiding oily and fatty substances. If you love them too much, burn the oil by jogging a mile each morning.

  5. The amount of sleep you get on a given night has no effect what so ever on your acne increase or lack there of. The kind of diet you follow and the amount of stress you carry are where most acne comes from.  

  6. Sleep nor diet has proved no link to acne.  Hormonal changes and/

    or stress can cause an outbreak
