Can not install win xp on MS9158E MATSONIC...

Question

Dear Sir/Madame,
I'm sinan using MS9158E MATSONIM motherboard with win2000 pro , now I want to install winxp but I can not install it . after it farmat partition and copy data then rebote machin at that time it always stack.
otherwise it don't matter with win2000 pro. so please give some idear or suggestion to solve this trouble.
