Can not upload profile?

I have tryed again to upload a profile photo but will not let me I payed for this single account but do not get the service

  1. load ur jpeg picture in ur 360 & set as primary

    then

    in ur answer's profile

    click "edit my info"

    click the button "use my 360 picture"

    click preview & ok
