Can nudity be shown on the news?

Serious answers please. Is it legal to show nudity on the news. Like can they not block out someones private part and how it on the news ? Does it matter if it is a public place ? Is it possible to show that on the news ? Does freedom of press back that up ?

ummmm...probably not considering that it is public television and children watch it.

and on top of that, its gross.

I would sure vote for more nudity on the news.

broadcast television..... no (except in very very rare circumstances)

cable television, legally yes, but they never would for fear of complaints
