Can NZ beat OZ in the next game?? Farkin aye thay can..the OZ's are MEAN!! but the next game is the middle of next year... plenty of time to take out OZ players with a cuple of late tackles and head highs in the NRL!! lol joking!! but seriously as alot of people say we dont have our full team cause clubs hold back on playing them in the kiwis due to injury and basically they(sonny,benji,utai,vatuvai etc) are NRL's game breakers!! and what NRL club would want to risk one of their KIWI superstars!! NONE!!

but getting back to the point.. the next match is before the world cup and all KIWIS will be available..none of this off season surgery bull kaka...

Well wont say they wouldnt be able to beat Australia, but how often do they beat them and by what margin??Australia are just too good for em but never take them for granted..they start throwin that ball around like them globetrotters and look out.

Not a chance!!

The "Kiwi" team that ran-out on the field that day was an embarrassment waiting to happen.

Quite frankly, if NZ is prevented from bringing together, at least, a half-decent team, they shouldn't bother playing; it only brings humiliation to the players and the NZRL.

Personally, if I was a professional player from NZ playing in either Oz or UK, I'd ensure my contract stated that if I was picked for the Kiwis, every reasonable effort had to be made to allow me to play.

not the current team at all the aussies are sooooo good! but sumthing that doesnt help at all is our best players suddenly get ":injured" just before a test match people like sunny bill and benji marshall all of a sudden need surgery right when we play. if we are to have any chance sumthing needs to be done so selecters can have full choice of players.

The next time they will play against each other would be in May next year which is a long time away. Without any doubt the team we put in the weekend wasnt the right one especially the halves. Aussies hav 2 much talent in backs but when it comes to front row aussies dont have enough impact players. On the other hand Kiwis have no depth at backs but we do hav players who can do some damage. In front rows its a one way traffic because if our forwads are passionate enough, aussies will hav a long day at the office. And more importantly if we can get some of our front line players back like Matt utai,Benji,Webb,Caylessand Vatuvei aussies will really struggle. So there is a real chance that kiwis can beat aussies next time but only if hav our front line players.

No. not with the present coach. Even if the Kiwis had all their players available, man for man we can match them, but every player is predictable to the Aussies. The X factor to beat the Aussies must come from the coach and his motivation to lift the players to a level way above where they are now.

i'm a kiwi and the NZRL brings shame to us kiwis! They are so focused on big hits that they've forgotten that big hits dont win games! U gotta win the battle on the scoreboard, matai is a good example of this! Silly stuff! But i guess we'll always live in ozzies shadow in league! The NZRL should scrap it altogether because its so embarassing! The first 10mins is always the best than, they get tired and with the ozzies slick backline! DEVASTATING!!! Kiwis should stick to sports they are good at, say rugby union lol

how can you saay the aussies dont have a front row? they have mr front row steve price who unlike the kiwi front row players can go aall day. 2 years ago if u were asked can the kiwis beat aaussie 24-0 in a tri nations final the answer would have been h**l no but look what happend the kiwis probably wont beaat them in the next game but in the worldd cup where the kiwis have time to build combinations get a consistant team going they have every chance of beating the aussies they aint invincible

i reckon having a young team is really i only way to beat them if we can play quickly and stop making errors than we have a chance the boys will want to get them bak so they will play a lot better
