  1. No, you can't. Are you aware though that the seasonal work doesn't necessarily need to be fruit picking? It can be any work done for a primary producer in a designated regional area, so it also covers things other than fruit picking (see link). Also, some people don't realise that it doesn't need to be 3 months in a block and could be a month here and a couple of weeks there spread over 12 months making 3 months in total (see link).
