  5. The USA's ICBM's and SLBM's can carry up to 12 warheads each, however due to treaties with the former USSR and now Russia both nations are limited to 6 warheads per ICBM/SLBM.

    Each warhead can target an individual target, so each ICBM/SLBM can target up to 6 cities, bases, installation, and so on.  The USA's SSBN, Nuclear Subs, carry 24 SBLM's which means one sub can target up to 144 individual targets

  6. Poseidon missiles carried onboard our FBM subs had the ability of carrying up to 14 warheads in each MRV.

    I made many patrols onboard FBM subs.
